My 2013 Elantra Limited has been a great car. The service has been good. They provide me with a ride to work and back to the dealership to pick up my car if I can't wait. I haven't had anything major wrong with the car. Eddy, the main service advisor, knows who I am as well as many of the other customers and treats us as friends. Everyone is treated nicely and we get our cars back close to when promised.

Eduardo & Scotty our service rep. & technician r fabulous always there to greet us with a friendly smile. Completely satisfied with the work scotty performs on the vehicle. Scotty is the best.
We r not happy with the technician's there that only do oil changes etc... I don't feel they r skilled trained technician's, do not want them to work on our car!!!

Edward have been doing a great job for me ever since the first car I got from McGrath Hyundai . Edward always lets me know what is needed and what can wait , and if a problem vomes up he get right on it to get it solved. I really appreciate that. He is the one I come to when I have a question about my call .

3 hours just for an oil change, it should normally take 30 minutes to 1.5 hours to complete tops.

Resolution of rental car cost
After talking to the customer specialist at the McGrath dealership, we were able to come to a resolution to cover the remaining cost of our out of pocket expenses for the rental car that was needed during the time my vehicle was being repaired. We do appreciate having your customs concerns as your top priority. A big thank you to Eddy who did his best to help us out and answer what he could.

When you’re greeted with a smile and warm greetings that says a lot about an establishment. I’ve always been greeted that way. It’s very clean, and the washroom is spotless! I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness! I have always waited for my vehicle. My car is usually ready before the given time. My location, on Grand street. Thanks for good service!
