They won't own up to their Mistakes. So that makes them not Trust Worthy.
I went into Mc Graph for just a routine service. Checked oil, Tires, and other minor things. They changed my oils and filter. The filter's seal wasn't put back on right. It caused my engine to throw a rod. I lost money from work, hotel stay, and rental car because I was stranded over 100 miles from home. They changed my engine and said it was a manufacturer defect. Which was saying they were not at fault for causing me to absorb other costs. I don't trust people who don't own up to their own mistakes. Avoid at all costs. Until I am made whole in this situation that was in no way my fault I will always feel this way. Buy Beware

Service experience was fine.
The young lady answering the phone and handling cashier duties late afternoon on Wednesday March 16 was extremely helpful and courteous to me in getting my bill reviewed and amended by other staff who were also very helpful.

take my car already three times to look because check engine light comes out and they can not fix it they stayed a week to fix it and it is not fixed

Professional and courteous and timely with service provided. Clarity in explaining everything that was being done to my car.
My car technician explained what needed to be done. Very professional and very pleasant. He was very accurate in his projection of how long it would take. He made sure I was completely satisfied with what was done. He also addressed my concerns.

I want thank the Staff at McGrath Hyundai Dealership Eddie the service Writer & Connie Cashier. Robert Gill the Salesmen for all they do. But will have to give my wife Hyundai Sonata Hybrid a funeral because she died last week she through a rod after 9 years running she's gone but it was a great run. The old saying I used is drive it until the wheels come off. Lol an now it has came to an end.

call center overbooks for the dealership service center
Call centers have no physical idea of how much time it really takes to service a vehicle. Even with a general time estimator they are seemingly clueless.
Overbooking and crunch booking seem to be a car owner's nightmare.
