Saint Charles Hyundai provided wonderful service and a pleasing experience as they have done so many times in the past. When in for service recall I asked them to check a few things that were a concern for me. They explained everything in a manner which I can understand and then when I questioned the inspection they went back over the vehicle with the questions that I had and responded within two hours. Excellent workmanship and exceptional service. Thank you

Consistently Great Service
Always get great service from St. Charles Hyundai from oil changes, mechanical/emission inspections to major service. The multi-point inspection they do each time alerts me to potential areas of concern, which is important in keeping my twelve year old vehicle running well.

Unsatisfied and won't return!
They failed to follow thru with the work they performed by not completing the job. Issue was minor, but I didn't know that. Missing bolts on the undercarriage, 7 of them, caused the shield to become more damaged. When I went back and pointed it out, I felt as if I was a burden to them. I will not be back.

I had some scheduled maintenance performed on my recent visit and it was completed very quickly. I appreciate getting in and out in the time the service advisor estimated it would take. In this case I believe it took even less time than estimated. Upon my arrival, the SA even had the paperwork completed and ready for my signature!

I had a recall on my 2013 Sonata for the fuel pressure valve to be checked. I had an 8:30 appointment got there at 8:10 and the valve had been checked found to be fine and the car washed and vacuumed, I was back out on the road by 8:45. Everyone is courteous and extremely help.
