Old vehicle still running great
My 2002 Santa Fe needed basic maintenance. The job was done quickly and professionally to my satisfaction. The total price came in $50 less than estimated. Plus they gave me 10% off for being a regular customer. And they provided me a loaner vehicle while the work was performed. Their estimate matched my local independent repair shop, but with the extras provided by Hyundai, I received a much better deal. And this is why I continue to go to Hyundai for all my Service needs.

Great work always
They really take good care of their customers. I wasn't put in the best rental vehicle but my car was fixed quickly and they followed up promptly to let me know where we stood on things.

Courteous,efficient, respectful of my time
The only reason I have not returned to St Charles Hyundai is because my 2011 Sante Fe is still going strong. Love my preppy reliable car!! It had a recall and St Charles Hyundai came and picked up my car and left me a loaner, fixed, vacuumed, and washed then returned my car to work. ZERO down time. And the gentleman was so kind and efficient. Very pleased with not only the product but the service!
