  Please feel free to come by at any time, i would definitely like to look and see if there is a leak or if my technician just missed the concern. i will have my team wash and vacuum your car for free at this time for your inconvenience. if you would like to wait until your next oil change i will comp that as well. It is not our practice to leave things half done and i apologize. That should not happen.

Simple and quick service
Overall very good. The only thing that the previous Hyundai dealer offered that was missing here was a free car wash with every service but Eckert is a little less expensive.

Go an email about a recall, set up an appointment for said recall yet the service team was unaware of why we were there even though we expressed it clearly in the comments. On top of that they did not have the parts necessary to fix the recall issue and told us they would call back once they did and at that point we could set up an appointment. They called after they promised they would, but were able to fix what they needed to.

Good Service and Friendly People
The service was great for the oil change and tire rotation. The only problem I had was with the complementary wash. I had to wait 1.5 hours to get my car from the wash. However, they made it right and rewarded me for my patience.
I will be coming back, but next time I will cal ahead to make sure my car is ready to pick up including the wash.
