Great work, very knowledgeable staff, and fantastic customer service. They go above and beyond to be helpful. I had my transmissions and car detailed. It looked brand new after. In the past they have also helped me with leaking tires, completely free of charge.  Highly recommend Puente Hills Hyundai

Javier Esquivel. He is a great service representative. I enjoy doing business with him, Polite, friendly and courteous.
Since buying my car in 2012 I have had all service done at this location. The service personnel have come and gone but the ones that are still there, are courteous, friendly and willing to listen to what is happening with my vehicle. This is the last car I will own and as long as I have maintenance done when it is scheduled, I know it will last.

Service team did great, WiFi useless
The service was good and smooth but I had a 3 hour service so I brought my laptop to get work done. Could not even connect to basic level of internet. Did not get to make use of my wait time. The service is still good but with COVID you don’t have options to go offsite to get work done

Javier, (service) has been my only contact at PHH since my purchase 9yrs 10months ago. He’s the best. I will keep my Genesis and Javier. Because if I get a new one, I would have to change dealerships. When you start selling Genesis’s again, maybe I’ll consider a new one.

I know when I go in for service no matter what it is and explain to Javier what I need taken care of that he listens intently and goes over everything with me making sure I understand what is going to be done!

Honest, friendly, and gets it right the first time
This was my third time at Puente Hills Hyundai service center. Just like the previous visits, I was very pleased with the service dept. Javer, was extremely helpful and was genuinely interested in making sure the work got done efficiently, correctly and most of all made sure I was satisfied. They are a terrific place to take my car and the car wash was a nice touch too?
