Hmmm?
Oil change and recall item repair. Still trying to understand why Hyundai Corporate phoned me to advise there were recall updates to be made. Uncertain why the St. Charles Hyundai did not update records to inform corporate. Disappointed the dealership did not perform a car wash and vacuum. All other dealers which have serviced this vehicle have returned it with a clean interior and exterior.

Had car 3 days didn't fix it
Had car for 3 days didn't fix it called saying didn't have part week later still no part didn't wash car when we picked it up. Did manage to charge us 80 bucks to change filters though

Careful of the up-sell
Good service but they can run up a bill on those who don’t know any better. My son (who should know better but didn’t) got a scheduled oil change and allowed the service writer to up-sell the service totaling in excess of $700.00. Brake fluids, engine flush, …… 2019 Veloster with approximately 40k miles.

You have been warned.

Warranty Service Issue
I had to contact the owner of the dealership with my concerns over the lack of service and the unacceptability of a 2-3 week wait time before my un-drivable, under-warranty car could get attention. Thankfully, the service manager, Josh, then got involved and the car was immediately towed and my days of work lost were two instead of 10-15 as initially projected. That was very much appreciated. Sadly, the overall experience was a confidence-buster
