Puente Hills Hyundai Service is one of the best in Southern California. They take care of their customers well. They really strive to be up with Mercedes and Lexus. I recommend to Hyundai owners their service department. I wish I went to them a long time ago. They resolved my problem, which I struggled with another dealer for two and half years, in my first visit. Great people and great service. What a difference.

Services are great. Waiting time for services to be done is relatively short compared to other brand dealerships. Waiting lounge is clean, quiet, and well equipped with drinks and snacks and even there is a room for kids. Service Advisors are all kind.

Processing is very organized and good enough, but the simple work cost is very expensive. If something comprehensive work they did, OK I will accept it.

Recent visit to Puente Hill Hyundai
After having to reset my radio for the third time in less than 24 months for random power loss, my service advisor Larry took the initiative running advanced diagnostic on the radio unit, identifying the possible cause of the problem and making a request to Hyundai to have the unit replaced. His pro-active approach in solving an issue before it became annoying is a prime example of exceeding customer expectations.
