The customer service was excellent
The customer service was fantastic when I told them that I was going to go to the mall they actually asked me if I wanted a ride I didn't know that was about 25 minutes away walking the service was fast and effective he called to let me know before it was done unlike the other location I used to go to where they would actually forget to call me

Jay is great!
Jay is a great example of what wonderful customer service looks like. He went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered, and was extremely helpful in helping me resolve some issues we had regarding my warranty. He is very communicative and transparent with the repairs and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service he provided. Will definitely recommend!

When I come into Puente Hills Hyundai, I know that I have no worries. From the free shuttle service that they offer, to the professional service that they show to the customer, I know that I am in good hands. When I go in, i always look for Jae Lee. Mr. Jae Lee is always happy to help out with whatever questions that I may have about the maintenance that I am receiving on both cars. He is very helpful and a great employee.

Best customer service!
I had a tire wear out but instead of just running thin it tore off into a rope unraveling the tire down to the belt. The rubber rope whipped around the back end and caused some expensive damage. Jae Lee, my service advisor, talked my extended warranty into paying for the work and my rental saving me about $1,500. Thanks to Jae who once again came through for me. Great communication and on time delivery.

I decided to go to this location since I am new to the area. I was assigned to have Jae Lee. I hate being in auto service centers so him being straightforward and quick makes it a whole lot better. What I like is that he is very friendly while doing this. Definitely coming back.

Courteous, attentive & knowledgeable staff.
I always have a good experience when servicing my car at the Puente Hills Hyundai maintenance department. I drop off my car, get the service I want and need and the shuttle takes me to a nearby restaurant to get breakfast or lunch and then get picked up by their shuttle when it's done. I love it.

Got my service completed in a reasonable amount of time - not bad for a Saturday!!
I took my vehicle in for its one-year (15K) service on a Saturday. I was expecting to wait at least 3-4 hours because it was on a weekend. I appreciated being able to get my vehicle taken care of in a relatively short amount of time.
Things to improve: Pricing!! It would be good to offer the customer a more comprehensive package upfront. I feel that there were services that were added that should have been included in the 15K service such as tire alignment. Also, if another service was added, a discount should be considered ahead of time.
Other than that, I appreciate having the service manager work with me on cost and the service team working really hard to deliver my car back to me as close to the promised time as possible with my car washed and vacuumed to boot. Thank you!!

Javer went out of his way to make certain that my experience was great. He kept me informed as to the status of the repair and warranty coverage. He promptly arranged for a loaner vehicle and also made sure my car was freshly washed at pickup! The service I received rivaled what I grew accustomed to with my BMW 7 series!
