I apoligize for your seat not being returned to its original position. If your vehicle was vacuumed by our staff the seat was moved to gain access for vacuuming. Hopefully everything else was to your satisfaction. Thank you for the 4 star survey.

Dissapointing
I took my car in for a recall and the ride to work made me 25 minutes late to work (even though I was there 35 minutes before work started), the service manager wrote down my phone number wrong and I was delayed being informed that my car was done and the driver was sent to the wrong address (across town) to pick me up and bring me back to the dealer. The people were very nice, but my overall experience was not the best.
