Happy with my service
I have typically used a 30 minute quick oil change company for routine oil changes, and grown accustomed to their attempts to recommend additional services. My sister has the same Hyundai as I do, and has always been happy with the dealer service in her area, so I decided to use the dealer service after recently moving to this area. The oil change was actually cheaper, and I feel probably done better, and no attempts to recommend unneeded services. Two warranty recalls were also taken care of, and I chose to replace an air filter. It did take an hour and half for the service, but the waiting area was comfortable and I was happy to have the service done correctly; I don't think the time was necessarily unreasonable. The charges were reviewed carefully b the cashier prior to checkout, and she applied a coupon for me as well. Everyone was very polite and respectful.

Problems with new tires
My car was pulling to the left really bad after getting new tires from your dealership. I called and they got me right in to check it out. I didn't really get a very clear reason for what the problem was. It seems to be good for now, so they obviously did something to fix it but the man didn't really act like they found anything, which is obviously hard to believe when I can tell a difference. I will be driving on the highway again on Sat. and then I can see if it really was fixed, but I don't expect a problem. I just would like to have the service person to be honest.

  I apologize for any confusion on your repairs. When your vehicle was in for repairs, it was determined that the vehicle has a tire pull that was causing your concern. after they had reset all tire pressures and crossed the tires from side to side. The vehicle no longer had a pull evident. After speaking With Jacob he stated that he would recommend an alignment with the new tires if concern persist. Again i apologize for any mis understandings, if i can be of further assistance please feel free to contact me directly. I will get whatever is needed corrected.
