Thank you for taking time to fill out the survey. With the vehicle being under factory warranty there are steps we have to follow when making repairs. Since we were able to reattach the molding that was loose and causing the noise, then that is the repair we have to make. Hopefully the molding will not come loose again. If by chance it does please contact us and we will look into a different repair. I understand that this can be inconvenient and we will do what we can to help with this.
