Waiting for Actual Repairs
I went in to get my right side mirror fixed. They charged me for the part and told me they would not be able to tell me when they could install it, so I could not make a future appointment. Maybe in the future I will get an appointment and this will actually be fixed but at the moment I was charged for the part and nothing is fixed.

Melanie,  I apologize for the miscommunication.  We do require pre payment for any part that has to be painted.  Once the part returns from being painted we will schedule an appointment to get it installed.

Great place
Everyone at Zimbrick Hyundai West treats us like family. They explain what needs to be done right away or if a repair can wait. The prices are fair for the parts but the labor charges are in line with any repair shop.

Great service
Zymbrick Hyundai has great service and accommodations. I always enjoy bringing my car in for service because I know it will be done right for a great price. I would like to see more appointment availability in late afternoons as I usually need to leave work early to get service done. Service appointment hours are inconvenient and limited.

This is the one place that I have received the best service. They are thorough (I like to be pro-actve in catching potential problems), explain what the problem is and maybe how or why it happened, what needs to be done now and what can be done later (to help split up the cost). The time amount given to complete a job is met or exceeded every time. I trust the service I reveive at this dealership.They are flexible w trying to find appt times to work w my schedule vs me needing to work around theirs. Very pleasant and very helpful staff. This place is the best!
