Took way too long.
I had an appointment early in the morning and came in for a simple coolant flush, it took an hour and 15 min. At other service centers this typically takes 30 minutes.

Thank you for taking time to fill out the survey.  I apologize the service took longer than expected.  Typically flushing the cooling system properly takes about 50 minutes.  There is also a few extra minutes to wash and vacuum the vehicle which we do with every service.  I will make sure to talk to the Service advisor about giving proper time estimates so everyone knows what to expect.

Not so great.
Zimbrick does a decent job. I go there most of the time to avoid any risks with other service providers. Would help if they can explain what they did and didn't do and provide guidance for future service.

Thanks for filling out the review.  Typically when a car is delivered back to the customer the Service Advisor goes through all the repairs and any up coming services.  I apologize that this did not happen.  I will have your service advisor contact you to review everything if you would like.

Normally fantastic, but this experience was below average.
Initial problem was resolved, but in the replacement of the interior components, they didn't complete the reassembly, and they got grease/dirt on the interior headliner. I then had to leave the car for another night, after having left work early to pick up the car. I was disappointed that they didn't try to resolve the issue right away - it would seem that fixing a (somewhat small) problem the dealer made would take precedence over other cars that were already in that they didn't have to return to customers right away.
