Thank you for taking time to fill out the survey. I apologize the service took longer than expected. Typically flushing the cooling system properly takes about 50 minutes. There is also a few extra minutes to wash and vacuum the vehicle which we do with every service. I will make sure to talk to the Service advisor about giving proper time estimates so everyone knows what to expect.
