Honest, thorough and efficient
Repaired my car headlight, suggested oil change that was due and repaired a tire - fair price for the work done! Gave me the heads up about work needed in the near future so I can put aside the money needed to do the work. The staff always carefully explains what they will do and what they completed during my visit.

The service has improved immensely in the past year
The service has improved immensely in the past year with the scheduling part to the reminder emails and a more understanding voice on the other end of the phone these days! This makes calling and setting up my oil changes and car repairs less stressful!!

Great service
Brought my car in for normal service and when I mentioned how little I drive, fuel injector and brake fluid service was recommended. The service department went above and beyond - easing and vacuuming my car and taking the time to recommend I keep the car vs getting a new one because it a good car with such low mileage. I really appreciate this level of service!

The people in sales, service and everyone I come in contact with.
Brought my 2018 sonata se for installation of new software offered. The lounge area looked new and nice....coffee and tea available was also nice. Bistro style table and chairs good and easy to get up from. Nice having puzzle to contribute to as well. All reps courteous and helpful and nice having car hand washed. John in body shop was helpful with my question. Great dealership......

Needed new clutch
My car has over 200,000 miles and the clutch release bearing disintegrated. The service department was able to get it in the shop right away. Unfortunately, when the release bearing let go, it damaged the transmission which required replacement. We had to wait a few days for the replacement but I had a loaner vehicle. The service manager and technician doing the job answered all my questions and were very helpful.
