Fast and friendly service!
I had a scheduled appointment on a workday and more than likely I couldn’t get off in time to make it to a 3:45pm appointment. I did a drive in on October 20th and Matt thoroughly explained what he could do and what was needed to be serviced on my 2020 Sonata at 15k. He gladly told me that they could get started right away and that I would be good to go in about and hour. He did just that and I was on my an hour later! I appreciate the courtesy and service I received that day! Thanks!

Great service!!
I love having Tameron Hyundai service my car. I feel safe having the dealership I bought my car from servicing it. The facility is very nice with free wifi and food while you wait for your car.

Another good experience
The service is always good, and the staff is truly customer oriented. On this particular visit, with the pandemic still going, they went the extra mile to help make my drop-off and pick-up safe and contact-less. Very much appreciated.

Excellent dealership and service department
Tameron Hyundai provides excellent service and the waiting areas are outstanding. I’ve experienced such great service from my Santa Fe Sport and the maintenance service provided by Tameron, I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a Hyundai consider Tameron for sales and service.

Very kind and understanding
Matt Austin was just as kind & understanding to my predicament as if he was my brother. He was very helpful by explaining in detail what had happened to my car and what actions needed to be taken immediately and what could what for a short while. I will never take my car anywhere.

While I give high marks... no one came to let me know my car was ready, after about an hour in the waiting room I walked out to the service area and my car was sitting there-not sure how long it had been ready, was a good thing I went out to see for myself. Also, I had asked the intial service rep to check on a floor mat replacement but I never saw him again and the guy who checked me out never mentioned it. I’ll recommend but a Google review is pending based on response from my comments below. I think I already know the reply. Let’s see. Screenshots are useful at this point.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your response. Any and all feedback only helps us get better. That particular recall takes anywhere from 45 minutes to and hour and a half. I am sorry that you were not updated while you were in the waiting room. I am the advisor who initially greeted you. I had a Doctor appointment and had to leave shortly after greeting you. I do remember you asking about the floor mat, and as I mentioned then, we do not have any individual mats. All our mats are sold as a set, and unfortunately, we do not have any used ones. I cannot know for sure, but based on the time you said you were in the waiting room, when you came out, it could not have been finished for long at all. I do apologize again for not updating you. That is my fault. I should have introduced you to another advisor and let you know that I may not be here to get you out. We strive for our customers to receive outstanding service, and I personally take responsibility if you did not receive it this visit. I welcome you to give me a call at 205-314-0311 and I will be more than happy to discuss it more with you. I did ask about the mat, but I thought that I conveyed it better to you that we would not have one, but I would check. We did not have any. I will be happy to keep a look out for one for you, but we just do not get many used mats. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. As I said earlier, I would be more than happy to discuss this matter further with you at any time. Thanks again for you response and feedback. I am upset with myself that you did not leave with a better experience. I appreciate your business.
