Have the best service department. Mary is one of the greatest service advisors that I have ever had to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful when we bring our vehicles in. Doesn't give you the run around and doesn't try to upsale you on services that you don't need. I only take my vehicles here.

Repair early appointment
My car had to have repair to the axle, ordered part it comes in and I made my appointment to work with my work schedule… Mary was awesome and totally understand that I need to come home and sleep. So I could go back to work at the hospital. She asked several times is this time ok to call to get your car back to you… then to top it off the service director came to my house and picked me up and drove me to the dealership…. Car was done , got some sleep and back to work like it was nothing no big deal…. Big deal to me and my patients. Thank you girls.. you rule this dealership!!!

2 hours for oil change. Shouldn’t take that long with appointment.

I am sorry that you are disappointed that your service took so long. From the beginning to end of a service, they usually take about 1.5 hours. This includes doing the service itself, a multipoint inspection, a customer video, topping off all fluids, checking all tire pressure, filling as needed and a car wash. It looks like you got a video showing everything on your car looking like its in great condition. Again, I am sorry that your service took longer than you planned but I hope you come back to see us again.

Great service!
I went for an oil change. Made an appointment online. I was greeted quickly. I was told the wait would be a little longer because some techs had called in sick. However, they still did my oil change in an hour! The technician sent a video of the underside of my car, something I’ve never seen before. It was awesome! When I asked for an area to plug in my phone I was allowed to use an empty office which gave me privacy to make a few calls. The woman who helped me was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely go back to this location!

Our service advisor Mary is absolutely all about customer service. Anytime we bring our vehicles in for service she always keeps us informed on everything. I also like the fact that the service mechanic does a video to inform customer on what the will be doing and any other issues that might need some attention. Santa Fe was having oil consumption issues
I LOVE my Santa Fe so when it started having an oil consumption issue I took it back to Hiley in Burleson... Mary and the rest of the staff were great and worked to get my issue resolved. After the needed testing had been done and Hyundai was provided evidence that it was in fact an issue they replaced and repaired and held true to the warranty! Still LOVE my Santa Fe!!!
