This is my third Hyundai, and it won’t be my last. They do need to improve blue link communication emails, however, as I was informed that I was overdue for scheduled maintenance and it was urgent that I bring the car in, which I found out was untrue once I arrived at the dealer.
It would have saved me a lot of time, money and gas if their records were up to date. Great idea, but poorly implemented.
I purchased my Sonata Limited from this dealership more than 5 years ago and I cannot be happier with my decision. The dealership has been consistently excellent in every area over the years and I would recommend to anyone. They have maintained my Sonata in perfect condition and show professionalism at all times. I would recommend this automobile to anyone looking for a quality and value and this dealership to anyone looking for superior service.

When it comes to automobile service departments, I’m a skeptic. In the back of my mind I wonder if I’m going to be taken advantage of or up-charged for repairs that are not needed. NOT HERE.
I was met with honest conversations about what needs to be done to get my vehicle back on the road. They were quick to get me in, and kept me updated on the status.

I had a issue that resulted from a miscommunication and Mike in service took time to listen to my concerns and worked quickly to resolve them. This is first class customer service that I received not only today but for 4.5 years that I have been a customer of Rick CasebHyundai in Roswell, Georgia!!!
Love the staff at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell, GA. Friendly, courteous and know me and my car. This is my second Genesis from Rick Case and I like my experience so much, my son bought a Hyundai from them.
I just bought a 2021 G70 Genesis. This is the fourth Hyundai/ Genesis vehicle I've owned. My wife currently has a CPO 2014 Equus.
Both cars are currently serviced at Rick Case Hyundai/ Genesis of Roswell. Mike Ennis is my service writer and always makes sure our cars are well maintained and that our loaner cars are available when needed. We've used the concierge service to have loaner cars dropped off and our cars picked up and it makes life so much easier when you are running a tight work schedule.
Mike Ennis has proven to is that Rick Case cares about his customers.
We have four Hyundai’s all from Rick Case. During warranty time of course we would take our cars into the dealership for service, but a couple of them are now out of warranty. Yet, we still return because your service advisors care, actually remember us, and always take good care of our cars. Particular service advisor stand outs are, Michael and Ian. Also, Drew and André we’re outstanding while they were there, though I don’t believe are there any longer. Anyway, keep up the good work.
