Good Service_Inflexible Policy
I have a maintenance contract for 3 years (9 oil changes). I have low mileage between changes - On Nov 3, 2016 I had the 4th oil change with my mileage at 5,254 miles. This means I have averaged 1,314 miles between changes. Two oil changes ago I asked to be allowed to increase the mileage between changes, while still getting the 9 changes determined by the contract - the answer was NO!!! I believe this to be an inflexible policy by this dealer. I will continue to get oil changes, even with low mileage between changes - can't beat stupid!!
