Was super pissed off that. I have had every scheduled service and my damn fuel pump goes out 5k miles over warranty how fucking nice 800$ later

left my car dirtier than they found it.
When I picked up my car after 5 days and over 400 dollars they didn't wash it, left a drink cup in it and left greasy hand prints on the inside of the drivers door.

Well the only person I've dealt with lately is Mario. My wife chatted with a salesman while waiting and said he was quite pleasant. They both deserve a raise in pay and some time off.
It's handy, efficient, personable staff, clean facility. Mediocre coffee (which is always better than none) I didn't have time to test it last time as you were too efficient.
