After voicing my displeasure in survey after recent service appointment, Armand Guynup contacted me directly and apologized for concerns expressed in my survey. He impressed upon me that wanted to kep my business and established some future maintenance services at no cost to me. I was impressed that someone from Napleton West Palm Beach Hyundai responded and followed up from survey and made every effort to satisfy the customer.
