Thankfully an honest Dealer
Our daughters car broke down. We had a bad experience at another dealer so I was worried sick when I new I had to go to another one. I'm thankful I went to westside Hyundai! Rick was honest up front and took care of us. Westside Hyundai has one of the best service agents any company could ask for. You can not teach the level of character he has we are truly greatful.

We have been having issues with our Sonata. The car was taken to Hyundai of Orange park told me my Daughters car need $4,000 in repairs all it needed was an alternator and a $15 relay. Was worried when it died on her again. I found out about the recall through the mail. Motor seized up just like the recall said was worried! Car was sent to westside hyundia and when i received my call from Rick i was blown away. This man was honest and caring, never gave us false hope and kept in contact with us all the way through the process. We are absolutely grateful. Hyundai is very lucky to have this man representing them.
