My service tech was excellent but once again I had yet another underlying problem with my now year old car......car was misfiring!!!! Unbelievable.....yeah old car and it's the third major thing that's been wrong with car since I bought it!!! I say it against n, "I bought the lemon from the lot"!!!!

Something unexpected happened after my car was serviced. It would not start. The tech said it was something related to the ignition and a new ignition was necessary. I argued that it happened at the dealership therefore it was the dealership responsibility. They would not accept my argument. Therefore, I ended up paying almost $500.00 for a service that originally was quoted at about $40.00.
