I get my Santa Fe serviced hear because I like the people here, they are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They inform you of the service due on the vehicle and you decide from there. My car was towed there in error. Tow truck driver screwed up. However they did a great job, called me with updates, and gave me a follow-up call a few days after I picked it up. Roger, my service guy, was terrific.

Shift knob
Not the dealer's fault but it took 2 weeks to get a replacement shift knob. If it was back ordered the first time they should have pulled one from another car. It was very uncomfortable shifting without a knob
