Since day one when I found out that my car had issues, they have went above average on making sure I got my 2015 Genesis Sedan there safely. Reminding me of the Hyundai Roadside Assistance to get my car to them with no charge, when my insurance wanted to charge me to get the car there to them. Once the car was there, they immediately look at the car showed me what could be the issue and what would be the steps to fix it. They also handled the warranty coverage for the car, by contacting them themselves to make everything was covered. I was able to get a loaner due to the length of time it was going to take to fix the car, which was a downgrade but at least it was a 2019...lol Should be getting back my car soon, but I feel that it is in great hands of Torrington Hyundai Service Dept. (Steve Service Dept. Rep)

Hyundai Service.
We always had great service at Torrington Hyundai and the whole staff was very friendly. I recommend them to anyone with a Hyundai. What has changed is that we are getting a new KIA, as Hyundai didn’t make a new minivan in our price range.

Everyone at the Torrington Hyundai are just the nicest people. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Nothing like traveling an hour to get your car serviced and having fresh coffee ready when you get there.
