I have been taking my Elantras for service since 2008. From simple oil changes to a transmission replacement the service has always been professional, cordial, and thorough. Shuttle service has also been top notch. Thank you all for your dedication to quality service.

I needed to take my Genesis in for extended warranty work. Contract was with a third party warranty. Service made all the contacts, advocated on my behalf and had service completed in a timely manner.

Great service and friendly staff
Had a service that would take a few hours. Instead of waiting, Hyundai took me home and picked me when my car was ready. Also, Sean Kim pointed out my window mechanism was getting noisy and replaced it under warranty. He also noticed the plating on my gear shift knob was wearing and replaced it under warranty, as well.

Quick and friendly service
Sean was my Service Advisor who help me when I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. He was friendly and checked thoroughly my previous service that I did. When I picked up my car, it was Juan who went extra mile to help me as it was during lunch time, so he was the cashier as well. He was very efficient in providing me with friendly and quick service.

Always eager to serve
From the time I arrive to when I drive away, the service team is efficient and helpful. They ensure I’m comfortable with costs, and that I understand each work item and why it’s needed (and will also tell me when something “could be done now, or you could wait until your next visit”). During visits when I choose to wait on location, my service advisor for the day keeps me updated on progress and timing.

Quick to advise services, then you pick up vehicle and then don't have anymore time for you. the only reason i bring in our vehicle for service is because we paid for extended services.
