Roger took care of the oil change and alerted me that the car battery is starting to wear out. Good to know. Roger and the folks in the service are friendly and professional. I don’t mind the 25 mile drive down there to get our cars serviced.

Excessive service wait for simple oil change.
Went in for a simple oil change (express), scheduled in advance. It took nearly 2 hours for a service rep to come to tell me the work was completed and another 20 to 30 minutes for them to wash my car. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and did not leave the dealership until noon! I should have billed them for MY time!!!

I bought the car from Hyundai St. Augustine and have had it in New England for the last 5 years- love the car, enjoyed the service for the first time back at Hyundai St. Augustine. Employees are very informative, close to home, treated me very well, good munchies and drinks, and... affordable considering the work performed. I went in for a normal lubrication/oil change and was told that the dealership would also perform a recall service. In doing so, it was discovered that my rear brakes were due for replacement and I approved the work. They also replaced windshield wipers and interior cabin air filter. It took longer than i expected but I am quite satisfied with the attention to detail and workmanship.
