Making things right.
While I was very disappointed with my 1st experience to have my car repair under warranty, Keith in your service department has worked very hard to rectify the situation. At this time I am pleased with the service I have recieved to resolve the issues at hand. However nothing has been completed due to parts needing to be ordered and services still need to be provided. I look foward to another survey after the completion of my repairs.

Awful,
3 hours of waiting to find out what I told them was True, No Work/Fix performed. Now I have to get another appointment, which here we are 3 days later and I do not know what is happening, If there was another Hyundai Dealership closer to me I would pick another.

Courteous staff
I scheduled an oil change and 3 recalls on my Hyundai. I was disappointed that one of the recalls could not be completed in the appointment (as the part was not available), necessitating a return trip. I would, in the future, appreciate a call ahead of time, providing me an option to reschedule my appointment so all could be done at the same time.
However, the service mgr was courteous, explaining the situation in a pleasant manner. I was also contacted promptly by him when my car was ready and again when the part was available.

Needs improvement
My time was not respected, as the part was not available at time of appt. I was able to have oil change and 2 recalls done, but a third recall necessitated a return appt. Also, it was extremely difficult to schedule and reschedule (snow and ice prevented me from keeping initial appt but I canceled in a timely manner) the initial appt due to company's phone/internet problems, along with no call backs from staff. Very frustrating.

Concerns quickly resolved
My previous review I had concerns regarding my November car appointment. Larson quickly contacted me in order to correct those issues.
I have been a customer at Larson for a decade, and I have pretty much been very happy with the service there. I am happy with the outcome from my November appointment, and I would still recommend Larson for its good service.

Not the usual great service this time around.
I've been coming over a decade and I've been happy for the most part, but my rating this time is much lower due to not quite a thorough Multipoint Inspection. Some things were caught and repaired, but not everything, which I realized that evening a few hours after the appointment so I will be back to the dealership once more.

Predatory dealer
Worst car buying experience. Crazy hidden fees tried to upsell our pre-approved APR. the car had several issues upon delivery it wasn’t clean as it could have been. Sales person did not do their job when asked about new temp tag. Technician improperly diagnosed concerns. Paperwork was done incorrectly causing a branded title. They did however do the right thing and cover the repair cost.

Great Response
Although our first experience with the service desk was lacking, their response was encouraging. Keith with the service desk called to discuss my initial review. He was very apologetic, even though it was NOT he that had helped nor gave us bad service. I did get to witness Keith's service of other customers and we had wished it was he that was helping us. Keith was very informative, and gave detailed answers to their questions. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident in his job. He provided his customers personal service. When his customer's car was ready, he personally came out to the waiting area, discussed things with his customer and walked her back to her car. We got a phone call with "your car is ready" from our service rep. Which, by all means reaches the threshold of acceptable, but after witnessing Keith's customer service skills, we were expecting a little more from our rep. With my interaction with Keith we are happy to try again.

The sales team was excellent! The service team needs lessons in customer service. Frist lesson being don't forget the customer you asked to go wait in the waiting area.

Thank you for offering your valubale feedback.  In regards to you concern,  our current process will not allow for the needed parts to be ordered ahead of time.  Due to the nature and extent of this recall there are parts allocation restrictions that prevents our dealership from ordering unlimited quantities for stock.  I apologize for having to extend the service repair.

Rude and inattentive
The service rep was busier listening to his co-workers conversation than listening to me. Then he snapped at me for not pulling the car in the proper spot, before checking to see the area was completely full. Then he took my keys but said he couldn’t find my car and my fob wasn’t working. I’d told him that initially, but as previously stated, he wasn’t listening. By the way, the car was parked directly in front of the service door, but he didn’t ask where it was parked. I thought we were finished checking in and went to make a call. He then called me and chastised me for walking away and not finishing checking in. I didn’t like one part of my interaction with him, and I spent 50 years in customer service.

They have always done a good job for my Genesis 2016.
I have a Genises, they no longer sell them but can service the Hyundai model. They do a good job. However, no loner car available for same day jobs with a wait. This is a higher end car a loner should be provided
