We have owned new cars in the past. We typically use the dealer only for the first year and then our local mechanic after that The service hours , value and lyft ride home have us well into our second year of strictly dealer serve.

Service vs. Sales
I wish I had been more assertive when I purchased my car 2 years ago . I do not feel I had all of my options patiently reviewed. It was a bit rushed. In retrospect I probably would have made some different choices. Having said that, I have only had my car serviced at the dealership. So far, I have never had a bad experience. I usually make my appointments online and have always had shuttle service. I am pleased the car wash is now included.

Since purchasing my Sonata from Temecula Hyundai in 2000, it has been serviced every six months at the dealership. I have not encountered one negative experience to date. Service Department personnel are well organized and helpful.
