Starter went out
Saturday went to leave my home and the car would not start. I realized it was the starter and called Triple A and they were going to tow me to the dealership in Temecula. But he got the car started so I drove it to the dealer but they told me they were booked the rest of Saturday and could work on the car Monday. So when I arrived, they understood I could not turn my car off, because it would not start again and got me right in for repairs. I got my car back in just 2 short hours with my new starter. BRAVO ZULU to the whole Service Department at Temecula Hyundai.

Lack of communicatipm
Although the service department may be top notch, there was a lack of communication at least on the day I was there for my service. First there was a computer glitch between the Greeter on her tablet and the service writer on the computer causing the service writer to track down my vehicle to get the information that was not relayed by the greeter causing me to have to wait longer than expected to leave the dealership. Second, when I came to pick up my car, I was informed that my car would be parked on the side of the dealership building adjacent to the service drive. After an exhaustive search on my part, this was unfortunately the case as my car was apparently parked elsewhere at the dealership and took the service writer to track it down. Finally, I was not given a copy of the findings from the multi-point vehicle inspection.

Always Excellent Service
Temecula Hyundai has the best staff, from front office to service department. When I call to schedule an appointment I'm greeted by a friendly voice; the service department staff is always smiling and happy; and I'm in and out and on my way to work in a matter of minutes. At my last scheduled service appointment, another Hyundai owner drove her car into the service bay ignoring those of us who had been there waiting since before 7 AM. Staff was aware of her doing so and our vehicles were serviced in the order in which we arrived. EXCELLENT customer service - I've never had a problem at Temecula Hyundai. You have employees of whom you should be proud!!!!
