This dealership went above and beyond what’s expected. They were closing in 15 minutes yet they came to my rescue when my tire went flat and battery was dead. They stayed until everything was back to normal. I really appreciate their accommodating me on a Saturday afternoon.

Excellent service, friendly and fair.
The service reps are always friendly, work hard to follow up with you regarding status of your car's repairs and ensure the car is cleaned and washed before returning it to you after the repairs. The prices are fair (standard) and so far, they have not tried to up-charge me by recommending repairs that were not needed - AND THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. You get done only what is needed - so rare these days, to find such an honest dealership. Keep up the great work and customer service!

Tundy is amazing!
My engine stopped-had to have my car towed to the dealer - Tundy submitted my claim to the warranty company and got the repairs (a new engine) taken care of all under warranty! I was so relieved and beside myself - she really went above and beyond to help me when I was already distraught over my car breaking down.

Love the service at St.Augustine Hyundai.....Do not like my 2018 Tucson Hyundai!
I have leased cars from Hyundai of St. Augustine for many years. From Sales to Service Dept. the staff is friendly and recognizes me. My only problem is my recent lease of the 2018 Tucson. I can't wait to end my lease and go back
to leasing the Santa Fe. I understand that 2018 Tucson had a lot of problems with the transmission. In all the years of driving Hyundai vehicles, this is the first time that I have not felt comfortable in driving this 2018 Tucson.
