I have been going there for many years and have bought at least 6 cars there. To be denied service because they said I didn't pay a bill from December and then no call to apologize was just pathetic.

confidence in excellent work
I have had my car now for 7 years, and except for one quick oil change a few years back, I had all my work done at your facility. It's quite a drive from Falmouth but worth it. In addition the desk crew, mechanics, and management are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Stranded on the Cape
Due to snow and a patch of ice my car was towed to the dealership on Saturday. I did not get my car back until Thursday at 4 PM. Causing much anxiety and 3 additional lost days at work. I felt the service writer was just accepting whatever the insurance or appraiser told him and not trying to push for quicker results . It was a very unpleasant experience!

Excellent customer relations
This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased at Balise. I brought it there because of the warranty I had on my tires. They not only replaced the defective tire, but found a problem in a second tire which was also replaced under the warranty. Since I had it there, I also had them do the oil change which was due soon. I expected to wait all morning, my car was ready within two hours.
