Almost five stars

Very good truck. It would have had a five star rating if it had a LSD rear differential. An open differential in northern Minnesota doesn’t work well in the winter.

A dream come true.

Wow - a truck that is full sized and competes with my mid-sized SUV for fuel economy and well, wins in every way imaginable. Twin turbo 2.7 litre has amazing power without bleeding you dry at the pumps. Military grade all aluminum body. Not speak rattle or thump from this excellently manufactured truck. I, seriously, could not be happier. At 55 years old I'm looking for reason to go out and drive it. Yes, it's that great. With end of the year savings of over 10k, it was 35k at 0% interest and everyone in my family wants to drive it. Ty, Ford Motor company, for making a truck that gets looks and is simply amazing. S.H. Love, love, love, my new F-150. It is so comfortable to drive and has so many extra's I never dreamed possible, in a new truck. I can hardly wait to go on a road trip and to use the auto back-up to hook-up my trailer. Thanks for a great buying experience!.

2018 f150 XLT Sport 5.0 Supercab

My f150 is equipped with V-8 and fords new 10spd automatic and 3.55 gears, It also has the optional 38gal tank along with the sport package. Once out of Seattle I observed the average gas mpg continue to climbing until I got to Chattaroy Wa. 21.7mpg. with 900 miles on it. Towed my dump trailer after 1200miles and averaged 11.4 on a 40 mile over mixed terrain and steep Hill. Empty on the way back 16.7mpg. Power@handling are outstanding. With a 12ft double axle trailer empty 0-60 in 11.5 seconds. Did O-90 in under 26 seconds! All in all it's not hard to get over 21mpg with this truck.

Could have done better.

Love the truck. Truck pulls my trailer great. Alright on fuel. Thing that upsets me is can’t put a plow on it. The other big problem is I feel the trans slipping from 3rd gear to 4th. I don’t like the dealer I bought it from.

Great truck

Love my truck, good gas mileage for a large V8 vehicle. Average 22 mpg on a longer trip. 19 in town, if I drive sanely. Lots of power. Lots of interior space on full size 4 door.

Best truck I’ve owned

All of my buddies have always swore by Chevy’s and Toyota’s and I’ve driven theirs and nothing comes close to the power and fuel mileage of my 2018 f-150. I’d highly recommend at least a test drive of one if you’re looking for a new truck.

Scary fast

This truck is faster than a street rod I had with a 5.0 Cobra engine. There are a few things I dont like about the truck-- 1) You cant disable the feature that shuts the engine PERMANENTLY----ever time you drive it you can push the disable button which is a pain--I cant believe that you will save enough fuel to make this worth while and besides the cost of a new starter would far outweigh the fuel savings. 2) another thing I would like to permanently disable if the sensor that tells if there is too much humidity and AUTOMATICALLY turns off the flow through ventilation---I dont want outside air unless I CHOOSE TO HAVE IT--- problem is, you deactivate the button and you are driving along and all of a sudden your vehicle is full of fumes of one kind or another and you look at the control panel and it has been shut off--another BAD IDEA--- FORD--YOU BLEW IT ON THESE 2--YOU DON'T HAVE A BETTER IDEA. IF SOMEONE FROM FORD WILL CONTACT ME AND TELL ME HOW TO REMEDY THESE TWO PROBLEMS i WOULD BE SUPER HAPPY.
