Not sure about service dept yet. Also my 10 year 100,000 mile service agreement I purchased doesn't seem to show up in the service dept ?? But it does in sales dept ?

Misrepresentation of features

I traded my 2023 Elantra sel that came with push button start and blue link for a 2025 sel sport (went up a trim level to get those two features once again) that allegedly came with the same (I was told the sel no longer came with them so I needed to go up to the next trim level in order to have them. After a few days of trying to connect my new car, the salesman finally got back to me with the lovely news that the vehicle doesn’t have blue link. No offers to make it right. I’d rather have my 2023 back. I’d rather trade for a new 2023 than have this 2025 model. Pitiful.
