Really disappointed

This was my first car, I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra sel I was in love when I took it for a test drive, but shortly after that is when I began having problems. It makes a squealing noise when the Air conditioner is turned on I took my car in to their service and they said they couldn’t find anything, the problem became more often, I took it in for service again had a certified service technician take a ride with me and heard the noise I spoke about. But still that could not fix the problem. The dealership didn’t help nor did Hyundai gave me a payment of my car note and said it wouldn’t be able to get fixed. All in all horrible experience and horrible investment with Hyundai vehicles. Highly unsatisfactory

My Miracle

The only complaint I have is when I start it up with the key to warm up the car it does not staying running it cuts off.

Build quality is vary poor but mileage is great.

While it's perfect for a casual city ride, this vehicle falls short when it comes to handling the demands of freeway and highway driving.

Elantra the Great

Driving a new, leased 2023 Elentra over the past few years has been a pleasure. The car is reliable, warm in freezing weather (the heated seats are my favorite feature) and easy to drive. I didn't use all the more advanced features, so I consider it more car than I really need, but it was fun to drive and attractive to look at.

Almost perfect

Car handling is great. Comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. Plenty of trunk space for economy car. Just have difficulty getting in and out as seat feels too low.

I love my Elantra. It is comfortable, reliable and has features that I think help keep me safe. It also gets amazing gas mileage for a non-Hybrid!

Change engine hood, please.

Hood is very heavy and difficult to raise and hold and then position support arm for a 78yr old arthritic man. I can’t imagine women able to perform this maneuver at all. I go too the dealership to check the oil level and tire pressure. They are very accommodating.
