Great car for the money spent. Half the price of my Mercedes and more in it. Ride is good, audio is good, comfortable to drive. Wish it came in 4 wheel drive and it does not drive well in snow. Need 4 wheel drive.

2015 Hyundai Equus

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my Equus. I was looking for a high end luxury sedan, and tested the offerings from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, and Jaguar. I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality and performance of the Equus in comparison to these other luxury sedans. The features matched or exceeded the others, and were standard, not costing thousands as upgrades. A 429HP engine and supple hydraulic suspension made it a dream to drive in all conditions. The spacious interior was extremely comfortable, something I noticed when I first rode in this vehicle when traveling to Korea on business. The fact that this vehicle cost me tens of thousands of dollars less than its competition made it an easy choice. I now have over 60K on the speedometer, and it still drives like the day I bought it, without any mechanical issues along the way. I love it!

Absolutely adore the performance and the magnificent look.

My son picked up this car for all the features and new technology. I am in complete agreement with his choice. It is always reliable and quite stunning to look at. My experience has been definitely a great one.

Good

My Genesis of 2009 and 2015 contained a feature that is not on this Equus. When we stand behind this vehicle we need to open the trunk via the fob it does not open automatically. Also, it seems that the fob key slips out too easily. I will admit that the ride in the car is both smooth and noiseless. My next vehicle will be in the Genesis car family. When my wife and I decide to purchase a new vehicle.

Equus vs G90

While getting my 2015 Equus serviced, I tookj the time to sit in a new G90 that was in the showroom. First observation is that I like the seats in the Equus better. They just seem to be wider. I'm a big guy. I didn't like that the seat adjustment controls were put down on then side of the seat on the G90. The Equus has them conveniently lit and in each door. Lastly, there is without question less leg room in the rear seating area of the G90 than in the Equus. I won't be trading anytime soon for a G90. Hopefully, when the GV80 SUV comes out, it will be roomy everywhere with plenty of HP and Torque. That would be my next Hyundai. So far, I've gone from Sonata to Genesis to Equus.

Best vehicle on the market.

My 2015 Hyundai Equus Ultimate has more options and conveniences than any car on the market. Extremely well-made, high-tech and ergonomically friendly. Very disappointing that Hyundai stopped manufacturing the Equus. Any other vehicle will be a downgrade, including the Genesis.

this is my second Equus...It is the best Luxury auto in the market..I have owned the 550 Mercedes and the 460 Lexus..The Equus is equal or superior for $20,000 less!
