I Love My Car <3
Yes, I love my car. Maybe it's because it's the first I've purchased and have a certain attachment, but I absolutely love my gen coupe.
Though I'm not super educated with all things cars, I can say that this car is pretty great. It's fun to drive (though I admit it isn't as fast as I thought prior), looks very pretty even just as stock, and cozy. Shifting is easy, handling is smooth but heavy (what can you expect with a 3.8L engine), and I can say this car is pretty reliable. I unfortunately had a terrifying experience on the highway, and if I were in a different car other than mine, I definitely would not have been able to dodge the median wall and oncoming cars.
If I were to list out a few "annoyances" I have, it would be:
1. Speakers. I wish that the sound system was more loud and intense - I like to cruise down the highway completely lost in my music.
2. Locking/unlocking - not a big deal at all, but when I open the driver's side of the door, leave it open, and go to the passenger's side, I can't unlock it. It makes the loud beeping noise, and I have to walk back over to the other side, hit the unlock button, and then go back. Why can't I just click the passenger's side door to unlock it and have it unlock? I guess it's for safety purposes I don't understand for when the car is parked...
3. Backseat - I don't sit in the backseat of my car often, but I can definitely say that unless you're 5'5" or under, your head is probably touching the roof - or at least you'll bump your head on the roof like crazy when going down local roads. Just what I've noticed every time my friends ride in the car with me.
Other than that, I wish I knew how to race so I could really test the car to its true potential. One day.
