Drives great but has room for improvement: wind noise not well mitigated with sunroof open, short on rear leg room, tonneau cover has been wonky and leaky.

Tonneau cover and radiator are cronic problems

A ROCK WENT THROUGH THE GRILL TWICE AND CAUSE IT TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER REPLACED IT THE FIRST TIME, MY INSURANCE COVERED THE SECOND TIME. TONNEAU COVER SPRING BROKE TWICE, AND IT IS NOW LOOKING LIKE IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN. I AM NOT SURE IS THE WARRANTY IS GOING TO COVER THE 3RD ONE.

When I first laid eyes on the Santa Cruz, I wasn't sure how I felt. Since owning one, it's grown on me significantly. It checks a lot of boxes for me including styling, fuel economy, reliability and utility.

Lil truck

Bought this Lil truck and expected a little more. Wanting more MPG out of it. I seemed to average 15mpg. I do live on a hill which drastically decreased the efficiency. The turbo 4 cylinder has plenty of power. But a V6 option wouldn't need to work as hard. Hyundai should really think about a V6 or a Electric motor boost. As for the small bed. I thought I'd be ok initially, but it ended up too small. If they could design it like the Chevy Avalanche and have the bed expand into the back seat. It would help immensely.
