Great vehicle with some exceptions

Overall a great car/truck. A few challenges that I've not been happy with. The automatic locking system is a bit slow compared to my last car which was a Volvo. It pauses a bit, before unlocking or locking. There have been times when I've had to retrieve the key to open or lock it. Also, the passenger seat is not as comfortable as the drivers seat and is not automatic - that was a real disappointment when I discovered after buying. Also, the volume and cruise control should be switched on the stearing wheel, which I think they have done on some models. I don't the computer system, it's too distracting, would prefer a more old school approach.

Great Little Truck

After driving larger trucks for many years, it's been a real pleasure to get behind the wheel of a truly compact truck. The ride is very car-like, handling is great; and, it actually fits into a parking space! When it's time for doing work, you are obviously limited by the bed size - but even then it's been well thought out, so you can still haul full sheets of drywall and plywood.

Great little truck

I love my Santa Cruz. It can do small truck stuff and is fun and easy to drive. It could use a little more power but overall, performance is adequate. It is comfortable and has some nice features. I think it would be nice if it was a little cheaper.

My 2024 Santa Cruz

What I like most is it's like driving an SUV and not an actual truck. Very comfortable to drive and really like the front camera. My diagonal parking is not what it use to be.

Do not purchase

Everything was good until about 25-30k miles when there were may incidents with losing power while driving. Hyundai said I was lying so I was forced to trade it in for another vehicle while losing money just to be safe.

Great little truck but could be a lot better

Love the truck..I call it my "wanted be". Rude is great, could be a bit better. My only issue is I wish it had more power. I know there is a turbo, but the reg engine could be a more powerful. There were some minor issues, like missing bolts in bed area.

My Hyundai has 20,000 miles and already having issues with the fuel injectors. You all need to do a recall and fix the issues!!!

SPORTY BUT ALSO A BIT SASSY!

The 2024 Santa Cruz is definitely sporty but has a glimpse of sassiness which is perfect for an all-around vehicle. I added the running boards for comfort getting in and out. I choose the Santa Cruz over any other suv mainly because the ability to get in and out with my disability. Not to mention the great warranty. The navigation screen is superb, the controls are close and the way it drives is smooth, silky and comfortable. It has taken me some time to learn all about the features and hidden features the Santa Cruz has to offer. The Santa Cruz has that get up and go that you need but then also it has gas mileage that can be tolerated. The back seat is crazy with space and comfort and the sunroof just adds to the sassiness. The truck bed with the hidden compartments are impressive along with the ease of opening and closing the roll cover. What more can I say.

Santa cruz

I love mine but could definitely work on the cons! Headlights to low for country driving. Lane sensors don't work on curvy roads. Front grill needs screen to keep bugs out of Radiator and stop debris from roads from hitting it.
