Great car. Blue link customer service awful.

I live my 2020 sonata limited. Comfortable, has good acceleration and great options. On the other hand I have had an issue with blue link for 9 weeks and all I get is the run around. Would have given it a five except for the blue link customer service.

Comfortable drive

Pretty impressed with exterior design and interior. Few thing i want to announce few area were little dmged before i got my car and i have mazda3 which has less horse power but that car seems to be much faster acceleration. Hyundai sonata has really good inside features. But I was expecting at least basic package but when i got my car it did not have any package included which i was disappointed. Other than that i have no problem having this car. Design is amazing and comfortness is top.

could use a little more power at the low end, better gas mileage and a warning when in reverse and some one walks behind the car

more power low end better gas mileage warning when someone walks behind car while backing up warning when some one suddenly stops in front of you the radio ought to have a way to display your commonly use phone numbers as an option instead of weather. like map, radio station, favorite numbers

Hyundai Sonata 2020

This car is smooth has some luxurious touch to it. Very comfortable I definitely compare it to the genesis because I had one and I am more of a luxurious kind of person when it comes to a car. The Hyundai Sonata is very clean and comfortable. It’s also very spacious. I like the push button panels. The screen is easy and flexible.

Review Of 2020 Sonata SEL Purchased At Machens Hyundai In Columbia, Missouri

This is the seventh Hyundai I have purchased or leased dating back to the Spring of 2002. The last six have been acquired through Machens Hyundai of Columbia, Missouri. For me to continue to stay with the Hyundai brand must mean that they are doing something right.

My second Hyundai

Overall a great car, I replaced an amazing Azera, so it has a higher standard to meet. It does fall short on some things, but I really can't complain much. Couple things need to be addressed at dealership to get fixed n I'm sure it will be a great car

Hyundai Sonata SEL

I love my Sonata! After driving SUV's for the last 15 years I never thought I would want to go back to a car. I bought my Sonata a couple months ago and am super happy. It definitely does not look or feel like a "mom" car.

Hyundia Sonata

I am happy with my car. There are only 2 things I don't like. First that the passanger seat is too low and you can't raise it. The second thing is I don't like the android auto feature - it just doesn't work right. Sometimes it'll work for awhile and then just cut out, sometimes I just can't get it to work. I'd rather have hands free, voice activated blue tooth like my other car. In the rating below, I don't know what build quality is so I tried not to rate it but wouldn't let me so I just did 1. For features I give it an 8 because of the passanger seat issue and android auto .

All great, except I get trapped water in the back door bottoms, after it rains. I have to open the doors to let the water out, after every rain storm. I am not happy about that. Otherwise the car has plenty of pep, rides very comfortably.

For the most part this is a really nice vehicle. There are some changes from previous Sonata that is taking time to get used too. I do like the new screen and where it's located. It's different having push buttons to change gears.

Great vehicle but wish it had just a couple more inclusive features for limited model

After my purchase I noticed on lower level model SEL plus which was about $7K difference in price had features which should have without a doubt been included on the limited. I remember going to the parts department to inquire of the cost to purchase. I couldn't believe that this was overlooked and allowed to happen. The side panels on the limited, driver and all passenger doors are a dual finish versus a glossy finish on the SEL also that model comes with sport pedals. I was very disappointed to have to order these parts vs it being included on the top model.

Love the Car, customer service not so much

if the customer service could actually handle my issue then it would be 5 stars. The car itself is wonderful, but since buying my car in February I am still unable to set up my digital key feature and customer service have yet to resolve. Very disappointing on how they have handled my issue. 4 weeks and still no answers.

Great car some things need to be back in car like previous years

Love dad gets a very high response from folks out thier. My color is red and it's a limited..but a couple of features not as good as previous years first and biggest passenger seat does not rise sits very low and not as nice as previous years. Also no sunglass holder above .. You missed the target .

Nice Attractive Car.

The car is attractive and nice to drive. Good gas mileage, great braking system, good music sound. Experienced a few problems: 1) Had to have the battery replaced. The car died out and had to have AAA jump the battery. A new car had a weak cell; 2) one of the two remotes is not working. Changed the battery and still not working; 3) the interior lock and open buttons do not work. Need to lock the car by using the one working remote.

I love my 2020 Sonata.

First of all, this is a GREAT looking car. It has many more "bells and whistles" than I might use. My favorite function is the beep that sounds if I have my blinker on AND there is a vehicle in my blind spot.

Great Car; but can have faults

I purchased my 2020 Sonata in January. Upon delivery I noticed a smell of gasoline inside the car. Was told it was normal; drove it for six weeks before giving in and taking it in for diagnosis. Technician found a crack in the fuel pump system. Was fortunate to be without it for only three weeks instead of up to two months. Recently took it in to get the back window repaired on the driver side. Again another faulty part this time a seal inside the window. This car has been very good. I was impressed at the amount of features on the SE. I get great gas mileage and love the idle feature that shuts down the engine when at a stop light. The car drives and handles well. Smoother ride. Love everything about it.

Great family car!

Lots of interior space. Amazing for trips and love the lane assist feature. The only issue I really have is that you can hear some wind coming from the drivers window when going past 60 mph. Overall, it's a very smooth driving car.

In general I have enjoyed the car however wish they would improve the ride suspension a little bit and quiet the engine noise some. Traveling on the highway is very nice and comfortable and using the highway driver assist is nice.
