Next year will have improvements

Really like the safety features. Really don't like the way the air vents are controlled by turning vents all the way to the left. I don't like air blowing on me but if I have it blowing away from the driver's seat, the air turns off. I'm short and the safety belt is uncomfortable Phone charger on console is a waste and heats up my apple phone Console and side door holders needs to be redesigned to fit larger cups Wind noise reduces ability to enjoy audiobooks, news and podcasts Heat, A/C and Vent icons can not be seen when driving due to glare on the board. AWFUL design. Volume control for air hard to hit correctly when driving without turning something else on or off .

Expecting more from Hyundai

For starters, a year in and there is a recall which is quite dangerous as my vehicle has experienced the sudden braking associated with the recall. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time right now to take the car in for the software update which can likely be done over the air. There has to be a flash drive or file I can download and do the update myself. Very frustrated with Hyundai. This was the 2nd chance given after the fiasco with my 2020 Tucson that they tried to steal during the social media period where people were very easily getting past the ignition. BTW, the acceleration on this car is atrocious. Very jerky and uneven acceleration.

I love my new Hyundai Tucson!

I went to Hyundai Venice for service on my 2021 Santa Fe. As I waited, I met Megan Kagarise and she convinced me to look at Tucsons. She was wonderful and I was very impressed with the safety features and the upgrades that outshined my Santa Fe. Magen knowledge of the vehicle and the features lead to my purchase, and I drove it home with my new 2025 Tucson.
