My 2025 was a disaster from the start

I loved my 2013 and 2020 Tucson models (five-star ratings). We still have the 2020, and it runs really well. I have had nothing but trouble from the battery and electrical system on my 2025 Tucson, as well as very unsatisfactory customer service from the dealership. This is my first time to lease. I purchased my last two Tucsons outright. So I'm stuck in this lease with a car I don't trust to start or run safely, and no possible solutions presented by the dealership.

Too much of a Good Thing? Consider taking break on TOO many times!

Not intuitive. Must spend time on You Tube to figure out many actions on steering wheel. Have not figured out how to " hang up" a phone call. Touch screen is good size but not always easy to touch while driving. Seat belt needs to be twisted to cross my 5 ft 3 in body in safe, comfortable way. AI voice component gets " lost" at odd times: Is this a satellite connection problem? I really want to love this car BUT haven't found it's sweet spot yet.

Great car for the price

Bought the vehicle just over a year ago. Aside from scheduled oil change, I have had no issues with the vehicle. I like a car that keeps me out of the shop.

Great saftey features

This car has a camera to show what is on the side of you when the blinker is on in addition to the camera for backing up. I also love the features for safety that stops the car if it's close to hitting something while backing up and that it will slowly stop the car if the driver has a medical emergency (i have not needed this feature and hope to never need it but gives me peace of mind).

Over complicated driver assist with no way of operating in normal mode. No way of adjusting windshield wipers totally depending on sensitivity of windshield is ridiculous.

This was our 4 th Hyundai- Sonata X2- Santa Fe- Tuscon

What I miss the most that I had in my 2014 Santa Fe: programmed garage door opener. There isn't even a place to put your remote.

This Tucson is so much different than my 2022 it seems to me that they tried to make it a higher end vehicle and did not do a good job. Sometimes it would not go when you put in gear this happened about 40%of time.Adaptive cruise was not consistent .Every time I took it for service they could not duplicate

Less than 600 miles

With less than 600 miles it had to go in for service for black/blank screens. Service by the dealership was excellent. Haven't had much time driving the vehicle to fully evaluate. Only about 680 miles presently on the vehical.
