Cruising with Vera!

I think it has a great ride. Great handling. Goes through snow very well and the ice. I love the 3rd row seat. Don't use it as much as I did but my grandchildren don't all need car seats anymore. Was part of the reason I bought it. Only wish I got better gas mileage.

Love my Veracruz!

This has been a wonderful vehicle. I have 172,000 miles on it, it still rides comfortably, is a dependable mode of transportation, and I would buy another one if they still made them. It has had a few issues but ones that I could live with. The battery cable clamp doesn't tighten properly (after the first battery change) so a sleeve has to be put over the battery post in order for good battery contact so the vehicle will start.

An excellent, elegant automobile, the Hyundai Veracruz Limited

My first encounter with Hyundai came in Seoul, South Korea where I joint ventured with the Koreans. All their staff drove the Hyundai. Upon climbing into the vehicle and taking in the elegance I was immediately impressed. While traveling through the city I was impressed by the ride and quietness of the vehicle. What make of car is this I asked, Hyundai, a Korean car was the response. Back home in America I drove a Cadillac. My next car was Hyundai.

Veracruze a winner!!!

I have had my Hyundai Veracruze since 2008. Its is going to be a hard vehicle for me to give up. Drives like a dream The best one I have ever had. That's why it is so hard for me purchase a new Hyundai. Going to see if the 10 year 100,000 warranty holds true. I am sad they don't make this model anymore.

Best vehicle I have ever owned

My 2008 Hyundai Veracruz has been a GREAT vehicle. Will roll over to 265,000 miles this weekend and have had zero trouble with the vehicle. The most I have spent, other than routine maintenance is $400 last year for a set of rotors. Plan to run this vehicle 300,000 - 400,000 miles minimum. Hopefully they will bring this model back into production as I would buy it again.

Doesn't get any better!

The Veracruz : GREAT VALUE! Dependable, low maintenance. Comfortable, roomy. Easy to drive. Attractive design inside and out. I honestly can't find one fault, I've been extremely happy with this purchase.

Wish they still made them

Really wish they were still making the Veracruz, we purchased our 2008 Veracruz GLS, from Springfield Hyundai, we even had them add the extra running board, to aid my 5 ft wife. Making it much easier to enter / exit the Veracruz. The Veracruz was one of the first to have, key-less entry, easy open / close Smart Lift-gate with auto open.the Veracruz is and always have been fun to drive in all types of weather. What else can I say, "LOVE" this car, wish they made a Veracruz to replace it.

2008 veracruz

I have loved this SUV from the first time I drove it ..I was on the fence to which Vehicle I would buy.So I drove another SUV at another dealer drove real nice when back to Jones to test drove a 2008 veracruz and you could not compare the two not only did it save me 8000.00 dollars and the Life time 100,000 mile servive free oil changes and the service you get while waiting at Jones nail done and free coffee and popcorn it was a no Brainer.So I say yes to Jones I have had no problems with my Vehicle accept for normal were .Oil changes regular and a set of brakes..It is like a Brand new one ..I have owned four Hyundia vehicle and I love them ..I have a Tiburon for my daughter then I got a 1997 Sonata , 2004 Santa Fe SUV and the my 2008Veracruz LX Love my Hyundia ..

Satisfied Veracruz Owner

My 2008 Veracruz Limited was the first one off the boat back in October 2007 and has been to the west coast twice with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I plan on keeping it right up to my 10 yr/100K extended warranty and beyond, and I would buy another if they still sold them. I compared my Veracruz Limited to the Lexus RX350 and the Veracruz offered items as standard that were options on the RX... definitely more bang for the buck in the V. Lastly, I would like the return of FREE oil changes after X number of oil changes at the Dealer... I drive 25 miles to the Dealer when I can go 5 miles to a local dealer.
