Valve cover issues

I was told by the service department that there is a manufacturers defect that caused one of the valve cover gaskets to leak three different times. Fortunately the repair was no cost to me. Other than this issue the vehicle has been very dependable.

Love the car, handles great. Ticket on a 5-hour trip handled very well good on gas. Very comfortable. Love some of the features. Especially the heated seats the steering wheel, all the USB ports and the sound system

don't know what this means ???

Not sure how we ended up at Hanover Hyundai and didn't intend to buy a used car. But we are very pleased with our 3 seat Hyundai, for the space and for over all performance. Just didn't intend to spend the whole day at dealership. ...that was frustrating.

Love my Veracruz

This an amazing car. Beautiful inside and out. Very comfortable to drive and ride. I absolutely love my car. Lots of leg room. Has the third row seating which is good to have. I like the way the seats fold away and you don't have to take the seats out.

Excellent performance. The car run great and balance on high speed. The transmission also pick very fast. The car is rugged and with great tires, drive time is well enjoyed. I want Hyundai to repackage this brand probably as 2020 with new feature that can make it compete with Lexus and Acura brands

problem needs addressed

every year or 2, the gasket above the alternator leaks tons of oil and drowns my alternator. very serious problem and has been consistent. I guess they made something leak when they built or designed it and didn';t fix it. maybe they didn't know, but I have to keep taking it in to have it checked, and that is so annoying. other wise, I love the car even though it is too tall for older friends to get into easily. the worst part is that there is no place to put my purse, and I hate that. I would gladly have the shift on the steering column if it would provide a place between the bucket seats for my purse. it would also be nice in future models of any Hyundai if they would put in a phone holder.

I love my SUV.

I actually keep getting requests to trade it in, but you guys do not make that model and I love the 3rd seat, so although I should probably trade it due to the year and mileage, I'm holding on a little longer.

Very good vehicular.

Would buy again! Drives very well especially on the highway. Passenger and driver comfort is excellent. Car is very easy to wash and keep clean with exterior and interior design very good. Warning system for tailgate being open should be improved.

My 2011 Veracruz has 301,100 miles on it - and still drives well. Do I need to say anything else? It drives well, makes tight turns, and has enough horsepower to accelerate as need - and the brakes work better than most.

We missed our 2011 Veracruz while it was in for service for most of a week. Although we tried to find a later model year rental, none of the cars we drove matched up to the ride, comfort, conveniences and driveability of our Veracruz. Too bad you no longer produce a comparable vehicle. so I cannot recommend it anymore.

This is an extremely well made vehicle. I am proud to own it and feel very safe in it. With the comfort of the seats that make it easy to get in and out for my husband . We tried cars and other suv's and they were difficult to enter and exit. Excellent cargo area.

MOST RELIABLE BRAND

I purchased my Veracruz in 2011. Since then, the only parts I have changed total a maximum $900.00 By taking care of my vehicle with regular Oil Changes (Synthetic) Good tires at right pressure, I am able to keep it up like brand new. My car has about 98K miles. I'm sure there are many more thousand miles it will perform like brand new. If I ever need to purchase another car, it will be definitely a HYUNDAI
