I really like this SUV. I did buy it used so there was a few signs of normal wear in the interior. I haven't had it for a full year yet but so far so good.

good vehicle, with two flaws: noisy road sounds come into the cabin of the car, and the lighting of the dashboard controls isn't bright enough to read in the AZ sunlight.

i love my veracruz, but

one thing I hate is that there just isn't anyplace to put my purse. the console takes up so much room between the seats, and if I put my purse in the back seat and need to get it, it drags across the air conditioning buttons and changes the settings. it's also just a tad high to get into, and some of my friends can't get into it without the use of something to step onto first. it's been mechanically sound, though, and comfortable in most ways.

Hyundai's loss by discontinuing this Model

This Model is too good to trade! I will keep this vehicle until it gives up the ghost because it is far better than any SUV that Hyundai currently has on the market.

Outstanding vehicle with plenty of room and comfortable seating for a family of 7. Great for family trips very quiet leaving most noises outside. Easy access to the third row seating and with the last two rows down, plenty of storage or cargo room.

Very Reliable Vehicle

I've had my Veracruz since September, 2011 and have been very pleased with it's performance. The Veracruz has lived up to my expectations mechanically, as well as, the interior and exterior (except for the door handles where the paint has been fading for several years) which have held up as well. I would recommend this vehicle (if Hyundai still made it) to anyone looking for a reliable large SUV with third row seating.
