Happy Avalon Owner

We've enjoyed the 6 cyl Avalon ever since we bought it with10k miles on it from a relative. Besides having to replace the AC at 51k miles (now at 32k miles), we've only had to have routine maintenance done.

2006 Toyota Avalon

This s a 2006 Avalon and still going strong. I haven't had any major problems with the vehicle and it is very comfortable for me to drive. I have over 129 thousand miles on it now and I hope to put many more before purchasing a new vehicle. The interior has held up quite well and I am happy to have all of my friends ride along with me. In fact, I always volunteer to drive because of the comfort of my car. Glenda

Quiet super smooth ride

Great car over all cons are handling not great Pros reliability power 272 hp huge rear seat very comfortable car to drive great gas mileage if your looking for quiet super smooth ride with power when you need it this is for you but if your looking for head wrenching acceleration and fast cornering this is not for you.

I love my 2006 Avalon! It has a smooth & comfortable ride and is very spacious. It has been very dependable, only requiring the normal maintenance. Bravo to Toyota for creating such a great vehicle!

Our Avalon

All in all, this is the best car we've owned, bought from the first owner. This car has all the bells and whistles, using a proximity key to operate doors, deck lid, and ignition. Two driver adjustment programs set all seat and both side view mirror positions. It is comfortable yet sturdy and exact in handling. With regular gasoline, the V6 engine averages over 22 MPG and on long road trips, we have enjoyed 29+ MPG; unheard of with even some 4 cylinder powered cars. It has a sun roof that we don't use and a motor powered rear windshield curtain. The AC and heat feed both front passenger seats and rear passenger legs.

The Avalon is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I just traded my 2006 Avalon in for the new 2017.

2006 Toyota Avalon

2006 Toyota Avalon I bought my Avalon used in 2009. I was skeptical because it had 80,000 miles on it. But it was less than half The cost of the same vehicle new, so I took a chance. I'm glad I did. The car runs great, it's got plenty of luxury features including heated and cooled seats and a large navigation screen. The car runs great and I have no reservations about buying another Toyota Avalon when the time is right. I gave it a nine in styling only because the rear seat does not fall down allowing more storage space if necessary.

It's everything what you read about and more..... fuel mileage might be 10% less than advertised but other than that the car is incredibly superb

Great car and value.

Bought an '06 xls model. This car is really nice to drive and with the 3.5 liter it can be fun too. Kids really like the reclining back seats, but would gladly trade the tape deck for an auxiliary input! Good gas mileage and heated seats for the wife.

2006 Avalon a winner

We purchased the Avalon primarily for my wife's use. She liked its colors (pearl white with tan interior), automatic climate, seat comfort, and ease of operation.

Very comfortable car.
