Good but takes long for a simple service
They took 2 hrs for an oil exchange and a manufacturer recall with this appointment but never mentioned they will take 2 hours to do it.
One recommendation will be if an appointment is taking this long at least provide a complimentary car wash service. I had my hopes this was one of the reasons of the delay.

Excellent assistance with problems
I had a nice call today in reference to things I needed done with my car. A situation with a small dent in the door of my car that was overlooked will be taken care of next week. The person who called was very accommodating and made sure everything was understood and will be taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate Hyundai following up on these problems and making me feel like an important customer.

Received email from the Service Manager, Josh Higginbotham and then he called me back and we discussed the problems in 2021. I understand his situation, he is new and it seems like he has or trying to resolve the problems in the service department. If this does result in better customer satisfaction, then I will stay with St, Charles Hyundai, as I really like the rest of the sections.

Normal maintenance and attention to a problem
Hyundai isn’t what it used to be. It’s not easy getting an appointment. Then when you go in they act like you’re not there. They don’t address everything you need done.

Poor Service Department
Had difficulties getting an appointment, was told it would not be recommended to have my car towed to the facility prior to my appointment which was scheduled 10 days out, from initial break down.
Was not contacted in a timely manner regarding what was wrong with my car.
Was then told my car was complete after I had called to check on it, but still needed to talk to someone regarding - didn’t hear anything back for about 4 hours.
When I went to pick up my car, the battery had not been replaced when that was the first thing that was instructed to be done.
