Consistent Great Service Department
I was greeted by Colin who was doing his internship at the Service department. I was very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and cheerful disposition. He will be a great addition to the Service Department team. I was very pleased in the time it took to service my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. I had dropped it off at 8:00 am to leave with the Service department even though my appointment was not until 1:45 pm. The service was completed before 10:30 am. Great Job Temecula Hyundai!

Great service!
The service department was extremely accommodating when I dropped in without an appointment after a minor incident on the freeway. They took my car right in, had the parts in stock and the repair was completed in just over an hour. Staff was attentive, polite and knowledgeable.

Service department typically booked far in advance - an appointment is necessary. Large waiting room with free coffee, free wifi, work stations. Free loaner with service would be nice (had it with Acura!).
