Extended hours to 4.30pm
There's room for improvement in the area of scheduling an appointment. I had to take off work because I need to service my car. The lady on the phone insisted that the latest time is 3pm. I told her I close from work at 3.30pm and she said sorry that's the last spot available. That don't sound customer friendly

Decent service
I got two recall repairs done free of charge & it didn't take too long. Online Scheduling was great as well. After the repairs the technician gave me a detailed list of items that should be taken care of at my next tuneup, which was helpful. He told me the estimated prices of each item, but didn't pressure me into having them done there.

The waiting area is very nice, though I wish they would mute the TV. While I was waiting for my car, I got a text from the sales department trying to sell me a new Hyundai, which I found very annoying and intrusive. I had one other experience with the sales department before I bought my Hyundai, and that wasn't good either. The service department is great, but the salespeople seem very smarmy and capitalistic, which is why I didn't buy my car from them.

Too long of service time
Great place , but terrible at service times . I probably waited abt an hour and a half before my car was even put into the garage . That’s unacceptable !

Manager helped smooth over 4-hour wait situation
Following my 2-star review, the manager of College Park Hyundai called to apologize for the wait time and offer a credit to help make up for the lost time. I'm impressed with the follow-up and decision-making that seems to be happening behind the scenes to improve this location's customer service and management.
