Excellent service and honest employees
I love St. Charles Hyundai. I have owned 3 Santa Fes and they all have been excellent SUV's. They are very honest in their service and sales depts. You get a good feeling when you walk out of their dealership.

Why I keep coming back...
I've bought 3 new cars over the last 8+ years from St. Charles Hyundai and have had virtually all of my service needs taken care of there as well. The service department is very efficient and honest about how long my appointments will take and always do their best to work around my busy schedule. They understand that their customers are on a budget and always give as much notice as they can on big ticket repairs and give plenty of discounts where they're able too. They always take the best care of my vehicle and it is always returned to me in better shape than when I gave it to them. I also love that they provide a reliable loaner car so I can still keep going with my life even when my car is in the shop for a few hours. I come to St. Charles Hyundai for service on my car knowing they won't always be the cheapest around but the customer service treatment that I get everytime from Brad and the rest of the guys more than pays for itself. As long as I live in the area, I can guarantee I'll be buying and servicing all of my vehicles at St. Charles Hyundai for the foreseeable future. Thank you guys for all you do and keep up the good work!

I’ve been dealing with Brad since i purchased my car from Ben Mckormick in 2017. He justmakes the whole hassle of getting my car serviced somehow enjoyable...
Mr. Dean goes above and beyond his job requirements to provide exceptional service to me, my sister, my girlfriend, as well as others that i have witnessed while dropping off or picking up my vehicle!!!
Would be nice if all employees in the automotive industry held such a high standard of service to the customer.

St. Charles Hyundai has consistently provided great customer service on my 2011 Sonata for the last 9 years, but this week they went above and beyond. The plan was to drop my car off on Monday morning and have it worked into the schedule to get the starter replaced. Even though I live almost 20 minutes from the shop, they provided a courtesy drive back to my house. As we pulled into the driveway, I realized that I was locked out of my house - the only way in was using the built in garage door opener inside the car. I forgot to grab the house keys when I left that morning. When the driver took me back to the shop (another 20 minutes of his time), I was going to drive home, open the garage door, and return the car to the shop. BUT. . . the car would not start.

After I explained my situation to the service man inside (Bob), he responded to my request for help by moving me ahead in the wait line. Within 3 hours my car was repaired and I was no longer stranded and hopeless. That was outstanding customer service. My next car will be another Hyundai - from this dealer! A special thanks to Bob (service man) and Tim (who filled in as a courtesy driver while his co-worker was attending to another need).
